  • Robb Paul - I recently did an exercise with my 6 year old, Henry. He’s extremely timid and has always let fear stop him from doing the things he wants to do. Henry and I sat down and I asked him what a hero was, over the next 20 minutes or so we personified a hero in 6 year old terms. Henry now has a “hero persona” that he can choose to be “Henry the Lion” and face his fears so he can overcome them. When he’s scared I ask him who he wants to be and he responds, “Henry the Lion.”

    God put this “hero” in all of us. We can all choose to be him/her.
